Vee’s approach to leadership coaching enables her clients to curiously expand beyond rational thought by activating the mind, heart, and spirit – making new discoveries and moving outside limitations held in their norm.
Take Einstein, for example. He uncovered incredible scientific discoveries while playing the violin. Vee’s coaching philosophy and experiential approach embodies this concept. Exploring our human experiences through mindful and heartful holistic awareness, clients can consciously explore inner transformation, which is vital in the business of inspiring, leading, and collaborating with others.
Vee has coached many individuals and worked with over 40 teams in small to large organisations leading executive projects, the people-side of change, service improvement and team culture initiatives.
She is the Founder of Heartful Leadership and is currently the Deputy Chair of TransformersUnite (the evolution of The Australian Transformation and Turnaround Association) the National Peak Body for Transformation Executives and Professionals.
